Shipping took a while but I assume the demand was high when I order it. Customer service was really attentive at my emails and even keep me updated. They are comfortable and the jelly glue is easy to use.

i'm a HUUUGE fan of liliuhms and was waiting for a while for these nails to drop! it did take a while to receive them, but customer support was always responsive and quick to reply to my questions. it's understandable that these nails were in high demand--they are SO cute! i normally don't wear longer nails, but the shape of this set is so cute that i'll definitely try them out more often! i also like that these nails came in a smaller and larger set so i can mix and match based on my personal nail size :)
the nails are soooo cute! i love the nail stickers and the length of these nails :) this is my first time buying from this shop, so i was worried about nail sizing, but it came with both smaller and larger sets! alice lee is a wonderful artist, and i'm grateful to have a piece of her work in nail form!
