1. How do I measure my nail size?

Finding the perfect fit for your Never Have I Ever press-on nails is key for both comfort and style.

To measure your nail size, simply take a measuring tape or a ruler and measure the width of your natural nails at the widest point in millimeters. Make sure to measure each nail, as they can vary in size. Once you have these measurements, compare them with our size chart available on the 'How to' page. This will help you select the perfect size for each nail, ensuring a comfortable and seamless fit. If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, as you can always trim it to a perfect fit with our nail file. Correctly sized press-on nails not only look fantastic but also provide a longer-lasting wear!

2. How do I apply the nails? 

Clean your nails, apply the adhesive, press on the nails. For detailed instructions, visit "How to" page.

3. How do I remove the nails?

To remove our nails safely, soak your hands in warm, soapy water for about 10-15 minutes. Gently lift the edges with a manicure stick. Avoid pulling or forcing them off to protect your natural nails.

4. How long do the nails last?

Our nails can last up to two weeks with proper care.

5. Can I track my order?

After shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order's delivery status.

8. What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
