1. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION

The Never Have I Ever Giveaway is hosted by Never Have I Ever ("Sponsor") and gives participants the chance to win a Kewpie® x ONCH Valentine's Edition Gift Box, a special collaboration between Never Have I Ever, Kewpie®, and ONCH.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).
Employees of Never Have I Ever, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, prize providers, distributors, marketing agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) are not eligible to participate.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, You agree to these Official Rules, confirming that you meet all eligibility requirements. All decisions by the Sponsor are final. You also agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use and understand that Instagram is not responsible for this Giveaway.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 19, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To participate, Entrants must:

✔ Like the giveaway post ❤️
✔ Tag a loved one in the comments (each tag = 1 entry, unlimited entries allowed)

Only entries submitted on Instagram during the Giveaway Period will be considered.
Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
By tagging a friend, Entrants confirm they have their friend's consent to do so.

6. PRIZES

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive a Kewpie x ONCH Valentine's Edition Gift Box.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $60 USD.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available unless at the Sponsor’s discretion.

If the original prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be awarded.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be randomly selected on February 19 from all eligible entries.
Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on @neverhaveiever.shop and contacted via direct message (DM) from the official account.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of receiving the DM. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or spam-filtered messages.

9. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES

The prize will be awarded in the Entrant’s name. If the winner is under the age of majority in their state, the prize will be awarded to their legal guardian.
Tagged friends do not receive a prize.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to comply with these Official Rules, which are final and binding.
Lost, stolen, or unclaimed prizes will not be replaced or reissued.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated by law.
Prize delivery may take 3-4 weeks, and prizes will only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, Entrants grant the Sponsor an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to:

Cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Disqualify any Entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
Modify prize distribution if necessary due to availability.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, Entrants waive any claims against the Sponsor, Instagram,  Kewpie Corporation and its agents, and affiliated entities for:
(i) Technical failures (e.g., website errors, lost connections).
(ii) Unauthorized human intervention (e.g., fraud, tampering).
(iii) Personal injury or loss related to prize acceptance or participation.

The Sponsor is not liable for any lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

13. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
All disputes must be resolved in Los Angeles, California.
Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
